Your financial health is almost (I’m a little biased) as important as your physical health. That’s why I want to share with you 5 books that changed my money mindset and helped me build wealth and financial stability.

Just like any other area in your life, the more you know and learn about something, the better you are it. This is no different when it comes to your finances. You just have to be willing to put in the time and work.

Think and Grow Rich: Napoleon Hill

This book is a longtime classic. It gives you the formula to start making money based on 13 proven steps get rich. But, just like anything else, winning with money starts with a mindset shift and this book gives you the information to do that by helping you suppress negative thoughts keeping your focus on the long-term goals. Doing that will help you find real financial success.


Cash Flow Quadrant: Robert Kiyosaki

Robert Kiyosaki has some solid books and this one is no exception. If you enjoyed Rich Dad Poor Dad, this is the second book in the Rich Dad Series. It gives you a logical top down look at the time/money relationship in four different structures. This book is perfect for any looking to enter the world of financial freedom.


Richest Man in Babylon: George Samuel Clason

Just like Think and Grow Rich, this is another mindset shift classic published before 1940. It even comes highly recommended by Tony Robbins. Through entertaining stories of merchants, tradesmen, and herdsmen, this book teaches you how to keep more out what you earn, get out of debt, choose smart investments and create long-term wealth.


Total Money Make Over: George Samuel Clason

Dave Ramsey is a major influential figure in the Financial Community so it’s no surprise that this book is a New York Times bestseller with over Five million copies sold. It gives you a step by step process on your personal finances to help you do things like design a plan for paying off any type of debt and create a nest egg for emergencies and retirement.


Rich Dad Poor Dad: Robert Kiyosaki

Two Robert Kiyosaki books on one list just goes to show how great of a resource his writing is. This book is a true classic. It focuses on the 101 of your financial journey showing you that you don’t need to earn a high income in order to be rich and with the right financial information and habits, you can make your money work for you.
